REFUND POLICY
Jewellery Refunds
Please choose carefully as Adorn has a strict policy of no returns for refund or credit on any piercing jewellery or earrings (for hygiene reasons). Due to the intimate nature of jewellery worn within the body we do not refund or exchange on items if you have simply changed your mind or if you have purchased the wrong size.
While we endeavour to help you select the perfect fit this cannot be guaranteed without a fitting.
Even if the jewellery has supposedly not been worn we will not accept a return.
If there is a fault with your jewellery please contact us at info@adorn.nz and we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act regarding faulty jewellery, however manufacturing standards of our piercing jewellery are very high and each item is inspected carefully before being sold.
We do not resell or reuse body jewellery or deal in anything second-hand. If you buy from us you are guaranteed a brand new, high quality item.
If a faulty item is to be returned please return to the store with your receipt of purchase.

Piercing Refunds
If at anytime you are unhappy with the placement of your piercing we will redo the piercing for you as per our perfect piercing policy. If you are not willing to have the piercing re-pierced we will offer a store credit or refund.

In the case of a change of mind during the procedure, refunds or credits are determined by which stage you change your mind. Our studio uses single use equipment and books out time to perform a piercing. For more information on this please contact us.
